About BMW Ventures IPO
Incorporated on October 7, 1994, BMW Ventures Limited is a prominent company in Bihar, India, specializing in the distribution of long and flat steel products. The company manufactures a wide range of steel products, including TMT bars, GI sheets, HR sheets, wire rods, galvanized color-coated sheets, doors, GP sheets, pipes, hollow sections, screws, and more. In addition, it is a leading distributor of tractor engines and spare parts in the state.
Beyond steel distribution, BMW Ventures is also involved in the fabrication of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), manufacturing of PVC pipes, and serves as an RDSO-approved manufacturer of steel girders used in bridge construction for the Indian Railways in Bihar. The company procures steel products from suppliers based on quantity, type, and quality. As of July 31, 2024, BMW Ventures operates with a dedicated team of 110 employees.
